There is no chasing funding, hiring surges, or pending cliffs. No drama. That means we can focus on sustainable growth — for each person and the business.

As an entirely remote company, we have team members working in locations throughout the U.S. and some international locations too. We will never ask people to return to the office — because we do not have one. Joining our team means that you get to work from where you are the happiest.

Generous salary

Hard work should be rewarded and rewarding. We offer meaningful salaries with steady increases over your tenure. Every teammate has a check-in on their hire date — that is when raises and promotions typically happen. We never miss these and they are not perfunctory reviews. Team leads invest serious time in providing insights into how you can keep growing and accelerate your career at Aha!

Profit sharing

Sharing the company’s success with the people who help us grow is the right thing to do. So we celebrate the team’s effort through profit sharing every year. To date, we have always exceeded the guidance for annual profit sharing. It is a privilege to pursue success on our own terms and give back generously to our team.

Well-being

We offer comprehensive medical, dental, and vision plans. For many teammates, we cover 100 percent of the premiums. Choose the plan that best fits you and your family. Depending on what you select, there are additional options such as supplemental insurance and health savings accounts.

Education

We encourage you to continually pursue growth in your personal and professional life. At its best, work is a quest for knowledge powered by insatiable curiosity. And doing your best work leads to greater job satisfaction and personal fulfillment. Every Aha! is eligible for up to $1,000 annually for third-party education — along with paid time off to immerse yourself in learning.

Time off

Sustainability is the goal. When you are giving your all, you need to make time to rest and reinvigorate. We all do this in different ways — going out into nature or traveling to new places. Whatever refills you, you will have time to do it. As your tenure at Aha! grows, so does your time off. Earn up to 200 hours a year to spend however you want.

Life events

Be there for life's milestones. Work should never come at the expense of your relationships. Spend dedicated time with your new baby. Tend to family members who need your support. We offer 30 to 90 days of paid parental leave and five to 10 days of paid care and bereavement leave to all teammates — so you can be there for your loved ones.

Retirement savings

Aha! contributes a percentage of your total compensation each year towards your retirement (and you can make voluntary pre-tax contributions as well). For U.S. teammates, we offer a 401(k) program. We have savings programs in place for people who work with us from international locations too.

Community service

Being a 100 percent distributed team means that we have the opportunity to have a larger social impact than most companies many times our size. We also view it as our responsibility to assist others who are not as fortunate as we are. Aha! Cares is a new type of corporate-giving model. We encourage people to champion nonprofits in their communities. And all Aha!s are offered a paid volunteer day each year too.
