Use this integration with Ping Identity and seamlessly authenticate user access to your Aha! Ideas account. It uses OpenID Connect and SAML 2.0 standards to keep your ideas data secure. You can also use single sign-on (SSO) via Ping Identity for managing access to your ideas portals. Securely share reports and notes with single sign-on enabled webpages.

Manage account access

Add new Aha! Ideas users directly from Ping Identity. Users are provisioned by default with no access to workspaces or any assigned role. But you can set up custom attributes to provide specific permissions. You can also immediately disable access to Aha! Ideas via Ping Identity. You can also use SSO for giving non-Aha! users access to shared webpages like notes and reports.

Streamline ideas portal logins

SSO makes it easy for your community to log in and share their feedback. Customers and employees can submit new ideas and vote on existing ones — without needing to keep track of yet another email and password. Customers on the Ideas Advanced plan can share the same SSO integration for multiple portals.
