UK Modern Slavery Act statement

This statement describes the actions taken by Aha! Labs Inc. to understand modern slavery risks related to its business, identify steps to ensure that there is no slavery or human trafficking in its own business, and ensure that it does not take place with our limited number of suppliers. This statement is made pursuant to Section 54 of the United Kingdom Modern Slavery Act 2015 for the financial year ended December 31, 2021.

Our Stance Against Slavery and Human Trafficking

Slavery is a crime and a violation of fundamental human rights. Slavery takes various forms such as servitude, forced and compulsory labor, and human trafficking. All of these constitute the deprivation of one person’s liberty by another for the purpose of exploiting that person for personal or commercial gain. Aha! is committed to combating all forms of slavery and human trafficking.

Our Business

Aha! is one of the fastest-growing companies in the U.S. and the world’s #1 roadmap software. Aha! is an entirely distributed company with team members working in locations throughout the U.S. and a few international locations. More than companies and 600,000 global product and marketing leaders trust Aha! to set brilliant strategy, capture customer ideas, create visual roadmaps, and manage breakthrough marketing programs.

Our Suppliers

Aha! has a limited supply chain due to the nature of the software business. All employees work remotely — Aha! does not have a single office. As a result, it has a limited number of suppliers.

These suppliers are based in the U.S. and can be viewed here. Aha! expects all suppliers to comply with international human rights, including the prohibition of any exploitive or inhumane labor practices.

Our Policies

Aha! has zero tolerance for slavery and human trafficking. Our workplace policies and procedures demonstrate our commitment to acting ethically and with integrity in all business relationships. We have a number of procedures and policies to ensure that we are conducting business in an ethical and transparent manner.

  1. Our employee handbook defines acceptable behaviors and actions while working at Aha!

  2. The Responsive Method is the engine that drives our growth and offers a framework for company and personal success. It is a human-centered approach to interactions and was pioneered by us and guides us.

  3. Aha! is committed to ensuring that its suppliers adhere to the highest standards of ethics. It expects its suppliers to treat workers with dignity and respect. Aha! also expects suppliers to act ethically and within the law in regards to how they hire and retain employees.
