Simplify user management
Control access to your Aha! account via OneLogin. As a SAML-enabled identity provider, OneLogin provides a secure way for users to log in to Aha! Roadmaps and other applications using the same credentials. You can also manage access to your Aha! ideas portal and any Aha! view or presentation that you publish as a shared webpage.
Choose who gets access to what
Directly manage who can access your Aha! Roadmaps account. Initially, users are not given permissions to any workspaces. Once added via OneLogin, an Aha! administrator can update a user’s permissions. Automated de-provisioning prevents unauthorized access from former employees.
Manage ideas portals and presentation access
This integration makes it easy for customers and employees to log in to your ideas portal. Using OneLogin means users can add ideas and vote on existing ones without having to remember another set of credentials. You can also use SSO for managing access to shared webpages like presentations, reports, and dashboards.
